The meeting was attended by Ms. Maha Sharaf El-Din, the representative for Pearson in the Middle East and North Africa, and Ms. Israa Moataz, the Technical Manager for the publishing house, on Monday, July 1, 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways of collaboration between the International Libyan University and the publishing house. The aim was to obtain the academic resources from Pearson, and the International Libyan University was granted a special offer for international cooperation. The International Libyan University is considered the first in Libya and the Arab Maghreb region to establish such an agreement with the Pearson publishing house. Pearson possesses scientific and training resources to academically and practically qualify personnel through its various platforms. The publishing house has a flexible digital system covering all academic and professional specializations, which facilitates the student’s access to scientific resources and the ability to take training courses that improve and develop the educational performance and increase the student’s academic skills. The system also allows the student to participate in their own learning activities.
