The activities and meetings of the Career Forum resulted in several agreements, partnerships, and employment opportunities. Among them was a practical partnership between the Finance and Banking Program and the banking sector.
In line with strengthening cooperation between academic institutions and the banking sector, and in direct alignment with labor market requirements, the Finance and Banking Program signed a cooperation agreement with Al-Saray Bank for Trade and Investment. The agreement aims to provide field training for program students, enable them to gain exposure to the banking work environment, and familiarize them with the foundations of professional success.
This agreement seeks to give students the opportunity to apply their theoretical studies in real-world settings and to develop their practical skills within the bank’s various departments, thereby enhancing their readiness to enter the labor market with competence and confidence.
This partnership comes within the framework of strengthening relations with the banking sector as one of the key stakeholders. Through this agreement, the program aims to:
- Provide high-quality field training opportunities for students of the Finance and Banking Program.
- Develop students’ practical and professional skills in line with labor market requirements.
- Support integration between academic and applied aspects in the financial and banking fields.
The Director of the Finance and Banking Program, Dr. Ahmed Al-Faitouri, affirmed the program’s continuous commitment to developing the educational process and building effective strategic partnerships that contribute to preparing qualified banking professionals capable of keeping pace with developments in the financial and banking sector.
