Healthcare Management Program Discusses Nursing Staff Behaviors in the Public and Private Healthcare Sectors in Benghazi

The International University of Libya is making dedicated efforts to support, develop, and improve the healthcare sector through an integrated educational system at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. This system aims to prepare highly qualified professionals capable of contributing to the development of healthcare services and helping achieve these aspirations.

In this context, the graduation project of Heba Nashaat, a student in the برنامج إدارة الرعاية الصحية, was discussed at the beginning of this week.

The study examined how working conditions in the public and private healthcare sectors influence nursing staff behaviors and their approaches to interacting with patients. It also investigated the key differences in nurses’ levels of motivation to perform their duties effectively, as well as their job satisfaction across the public and private healthcare sectors.
