At the 6th International Conference on Medical Liability:
Dr. Madhi Delivers Lecture on Medical Errors and Prevention Strategies
Representing the Libyan International Medical University (LIMU), Dr. Ibtisam Madhi, Director of the Health Management Program at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, participated in the 6th International Conference on Medical Liability. Held at the Faculty of Medicine Complex (Sanaa Mehaidli Auditorium), University of Benghazi, the event was sponsored by the Cabinet and organized by the Medical Insurance Authority of the Libyan Government.
Under the theme “The Legal and Intellectual Framework of Medical Liability,” the conference took place from November 3–4, 2024.
Key Presentation Highlights: Dr. Madhi’s research paper focused on the critical importance of educating medical professionals on avoiding clinical errors. Her presentation highlighted:
- Effective methods for reducing medical errors in healthcare settings.
- The practical implementation of safety protocols in hospitals and clinics.
In recognition of her valuable contribution to the field, Dr. Madhi was honored with an Award of Excellence و Conference Shield.
