Driven by the Libyan International University’s vision to enhance applied education and bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical reality—and in line with the recommendations of the university’s recent international conference regarding the alignment of academic outcomes with labor market demands—the Business Administration Program at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences organized an educational field visit for its students to the Human Resources Department at Al-Seraj Islamic Bank.
The students were warmly received by Mr. Faraj Al-Majrisi, Director of the Human Resources Department, and his accompanying team. During the visit, students engaged in a unique professional experience, gaining direct insight into real-world administrative mechanisms, the organization of corporate operations, and the vital role human resources plays within institutions.
This was not just a typical site visit, but an inspiring experience that successfully transitioned the students from theoretical learning to real-world application, offering them a true window into the modern work environment and the actual requirements of today’s job market.
The Business Administration Program goes beyond standard classroom teaching; it actively shapes real-world experiences that prepare students for the future and grants them the opportunity to learn directly from the field.
