Dr. Madhi Oversees Innovative Student Presentations on Healthcare Management
Under the supervision of Dr. Ibtisam Madhi, Director of the Healthcare Program, students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences delivered exceptional visual presentations as part of the “Healthcare Institutional Management” course.
The presentations featured innovative proposals for establishing hospitals and specialized medical centers both within and outside Benghazi. Students introduced creative management strategies and a diverse range of healthcare services tailored for patient needs.
The projects included comprehensive organizational branding and planning, such as:
- Developing unique names and professional logos for the facilities.
- Drafting clear strategic visions and mission statements.
- Determining staffing requirements and workforce structures.
- Designing operational workflows and organizational frameworks.
The students demonstrated remarkable proficiency by delivering their presentations in English, utilizing modern and sophisticated design techniques. This success is a direct result of the program’s focus on applied learning and the continuous development of students’ professional skills.
We look forward to seeing these visionary projects become a reality in the future.
