Faculty of Human and Social Sciences Engages Parents in Collaborative Dialogue for Student Success

On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at International University hosted a meeting with parents as part of their efforts to collaboratively work with stakeholders and the community in order to establish a conducive educational environment that inspires excellence among students. The responsibility placed upon the administrators of the faculty is immensely significant, involving redoubled efforts and collective work to enhance the educational and cultural levels of our children, enabling them to become proactive members of society capable of solving their own problems and making informed decisions.

Dr. Mohammed Issa, Head of Finance and Banking Program, cordially welcomed the esteemed guests on behalf of the faculty and delivered a presentation illustrating the university’s and the faculty’s improvement endeavors, encompassing the development of educational systems and the alignment with international changes and advancements in the education sector. He also emphasized the importance of establishing a Parents’ Council and the expansions the faculty and the university are working on.

One of the most noble forms of cooperation by parents has been the establishment of a Parents’ Council, working in unison with the faculty to bolster the overall mission of the faculty and influence the lives of the students positively. This council transforms the university campus into a unique communication network among all stakeholders, supporting the college in all its activities and motivating students to accomplish their tasks
