About the Program
The Business Administration Program is one of the academic programs offered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Libyan International Medical University. The program aims to prepare scientifically and professionally qualified graduates in various fields of business administration through providing an academic and research environment that contributes to meeting the needs of the local and international labor market, while enhancing graduates’ efficiency and their ability to compete and innovate.

We seek for the Business Administration program to excel in scientific research and in preparing and qualifying high-quality graduates to work in various fields of business administration locally and internationally.

The Business Administration Program seeks to provide a suitable academic and research environment for preparing distinguished cadres in various business fields that meet the needs of the local and international labor market. This is achieved through attracting highly qualified human resources to deliver academic and professional programs that are aligned with the university’s vision.
Goals & Objectives
Supporting the business community with qualified individuals capable of assuming managerial responsibilities and developing solutions to the challenges faced by business organizations has been considered a primary objective that the Business Administration Program seeks to achieve through the following:

2. Evaluating students’ performance using the latest assessment methods and establishing performance indicators aligned with benchmarking standards.
3. Meeting labor market requirements by providing distinguished graduates whose capabilities and skills keep pace with rapid technological advancement.
4. Enhancing the excellence of the teaching staff through the professional development of faculty members and the recruitment of highly reputable specialists in the field.
5. Producing internationally distinguished scientific research, encouraging participation in local and international research activities and conferences, and publishing in prestigious international journals.
6. Establishing successful community partnerships as well as academic collaborations with distinguished scientific institutions locally and internationally in the fields of administrative and financial sciences.
