Workshop on “Applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Approach in Teaching and Education.”

“Qabisa” delivers a lecture on “Applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Approach in Teaching and Education.”

As part of its efforts to develop teaching and learning methods, the Academic Center for Education and Learning, in collaboration with the faculty of Human and Social Sciences, organized a workshop yesterday, Saturday, June 1, 2024, titled “Applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Approach in Teaching and Education.”.

The workshop was supervised by Professor Moammar Qabisa. The workshop aimed to:

1. Discuss various learning theories.
2. Explain effective teaching methods.
3. Understand the concept of problem-based learning.
4. Explore the history and evolution of this educational approach.
5. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of problem-based learning.
6. Develop a plan to disseminate and implement this approach.
7. Prepare scenarios for problem-based learning.
