International University Celebrates New Leaders in Healthcare Management

3″ Master’s Theses in Healthcare Management

In confirmation of the national responsibility of the International University to improve health services and enhance them by preparing qualified leaders according to international standards, the hall of the Scout Leader Ali Khalifa Al-Zaydi witnessed, on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, a scientific event that delights the minds and uplifts the spirit, reinforcing the path in the field of graduate studies. This direction is of great importance to the International University as it contributes to preparing qualified leaders who will make a difference in the healthcare sector.

In the presence of the university president, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saad Ambarak, several university leaders, staff, and guests, along with the director of the Master’s program in Healthcare Management, Dr. Abdul Basit Al-Gharyani, and his team, three master’s theses in the field of healthcare management were discussed.

  • Asma Al-Hadi Ahmed Al-Masli:

  • Sara Mohsen Al-Abidi:
    “The Impact of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Performance”
    Supervisor: Dr. Saada Ahmed Al-Hadiri
