At the end of last week, two graduation projects were successfully discussed within the Business Administration Program, addressing contemporary managerial topics of both academic and practical significance.
First Project:
The Effect of Talent Management on Organizational Performance from the Perspective of Employees at the Libyan International Medical University

This project examines the impact of talent management on organizational performance from the perspective of employees at the Libyan International Medical University. It aims to clarify the role of talent management practices in improving institutional performance and supporting continuous development within the organization.
Second Project:
Employee Retention and Organizational Performance: Evidence from the Banking Industry
Student: Yusra Al-Werfelli
This project focuses on studying the impact of employee retention practices on organizational performance within the banking sector. It highlights the importance of effective retention strategies in enhancing efficiency, stability, and improving long-term organizational outcomes.
The Administration of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, along with the Director of the Business Administration Program, Mr. Zuhair Bousneina, extends its sincere appreciation to our dear students for their distinguished academic efforts. We also express our gratitude to the graduation project supervisors and discussion committees for their valuable time and scholarly contributions, which ensured these projects met the highest academic standards.
