Today, one of his ambitions became reality: the transformation of the International University into a program-based university, akin to the latest universities in the world. He greeted the graduates, university council members, and parents, emphasizing that today’s graduates are the foundation for keeping pace with rapid developments in the public scene and for contributing to building the nation. This coincides with the celebrations of Martyrs’ Day, embodying the spirit of sacrifice, loyalty, and hope for a better future for our country. The university’s vision of a “Promising Libya” will be realized through their efforts and diligence.

In an atmosphere of joy and happiness reflected on the faces of the attendees, they felt a deep sense of fulfillment as they watched their children celebrate the culmination of their efforts and respond to their blessed calls.

She also shared the feelings of sadness among the graduates for the loss of their colleague Farah Al-Saiehti, who passed away and could not join them in their graduation joy. However, they will always remember her in their hearts.

For those who exerted effort and sweat, sacrificing their comfort and health, doubling their hard work and investing their savings to provide their children with a distinguished education that would be their sustenance and wealth, a speech was delivered by Dr. Enas Bouabtana, representing the parents.
